Strict Compliance & Due Diligence
We protect our reputation by maintaining zero tolerance for shadow markets. Every counterparty undergoes strict KYC verification, legal vetting and financial due diligence. We connect only verified sellers and corporate exit buyers.
Elite Fleet & Bulk Cargo Chartering
Logistics are structured through vessel chartering for large bulk cargoes. We work with vetted tanker fleets carrying active Q88 questionnaires and coordinate closely with shipowners to manage laytime, reduce demurrage exposure and issue timely NOR / ETA notices.
Banking & Trade Finance
Transactions may be structured through recognised trade finance instruments, including irrevocable documentary Letters of Credit under UCP 600, bank guarantees via SWIFT MT760 / MT799 and final MT103 settlement, subject to the terms agreed by the parties.
Independent Q&Q Surveillance
Quality and quantity are fundamental to every transaction. Before discharge or injection into shore tank farms, independent inspections may be arranged through internationally recognised inspection companies such as SGS, Intertek or Saybolt. Settlement is based on the agreed inspection documentation.

Product Direction
EN 590 Diesel Fuel Supply
We facilitate the consideration of ultra-low sulfur diesel fuel EN 590 with a sulfur content of 10 ppm, subject to product availability, inspection, terminal requirements and the commercial terms agreed for each transaction.

Payment instruments, guarantees, letters of credit and settlement procedures are agreed separately for each transaction and are subject to the final contract between the parties.
